## Where do the mentions come from?

From Hungarian-language news sites, blogs and other public web pages. For a new keyword the past year is searched, then new pages every morning. If the user adds their business's Google Maps places, those places' Google reviews appear too.

## What is adding my website good for?

Two things. It shows which Hungarian pages have newly linked to the site, even when they do not spell out the brand name. And the site itself is filtered out of the keyword results, so only what others write remains.

## Does it monitor social media?

No. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok posts are not covered, only public web pages.

## How accurate is the sentiment labelling?

It is a good starting point, but it sometimes misreads irony and mixed opinions. That is why the source is always one click away.

## How often are results updated?

Automatically, every morning. The email digest can be daily or weekly.

## Is there a free trial?

Yes. After creating an account the app is free for 14 days with no card required; a subscription is needed only after that.

## Can a keyword be deleted?

Yes, at any time. The mentions that belong to it are deleted with it.
